I just got up... haha. Got about 12 hours of sleep though... which was definitely nice..
I started my workout regime yesterday. 10 push ups, 20 sit ups, and treadmill for 20 minutes. It's going rather well. I'm in better shape than I thought I was. I actually probably could have kept going with the pushups and situps. after 20 minutes of running/jogging/walking though I was done...
